Estonia took a step again in its plan to arrange a nationwide crypto Estcoin after criticism from the President of the European Central Financial institution, Mario Draghi, and native banking overnment. The event was reported in Bloomberg. The managing director of the Estonian e-residency program, Kaspar Korjus, advisable the issuance of Estcoin in August 2017.
